Returns Policy  
 

If you're not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please return them in new condition within 14 days of receipt and we will either exchange them or refund you.
Make sure they are unused and have not been personalised or customised in any way.
Any item that has been fitted onto a horse that has marks on the leather where the buckles have been done up cannot be returned into stock and is non-returnable. All items that have been personalised at your request are subject to a handling charge. Any item sourced outside our usual stock is non-returnable.
