If you're not satisfied with goods bought online, please return them in new condition within 14 days of receipt and we will either exchange them or refund you.

Make sure they are unused, unmarked and have not been personalised or customised in any way.

Any item that has been customised is non returnable. All items that have been altered, at your request, are non returnable. Any item sourced outside our usual stock is non-returnable. Parts of bridles are non-returnable unless they were bought separately. Items bought from the offers section of the website are non-returnable and can't be exchanged.

If you have given measurements that are not correct we will exchange for another size if we have it in stock. If we have to undertake alterations there will be an additional charge. We offer you the option to mix and match sizes for no extra charge.  We can customise an existing bridle by altering the straps as necessary  but this is not a bespoke service.  It will be as close to your measurements as possible.  If part of your bridle is bespoke there will be an extra charge.

Please note that any items returned, which you claim to be faulty or incomplete are checked and verified by our technicians. They should be returned within 30 days. Any returned items that are found not to be faulty, will be returned to you and we shall be entitled to charge you for the return carriage. We will hold the item(s) until full payment has been made for the return carriage. If return carriage is not paid within 30 days of returning the item, it will be deemed to be unwanted and it will not be held for you.

Items may not be exactly as shown in the image. If you have a specific requirement please make it clear by adding a comment at the checkout.

Any item bought from the Sale section of our Trade Stand is not eligible for exchange or refund .  Any item bought from the 'Offers' section of the website is not eligible for an exchange or a refund..

Any item bought from our stand at a show can be returned. A credit note or an exchange will be given.

Warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than in accordance with its intended use. If leather has been neglected and allowed to dry out it will crack. If you have failed to care for the leather in accordance with our leather care instructions and it cracks or stretches it will be considered as wear and tear and no refund will be given. Shampoos, fly sprays and products that are used on the horse can have a detrimental effect on the rubber section of reins and they will no be eligible for a refund if this is the cause of the fault.

Do not use oil. Leather should be cared for by applying leather balm or leather balsam as necessary. Warranty does not apply if there has been a failure to care for the leather.

There is a bridle measurement guide on the home page of the website. When you send measurements we presume that they are the ones we have requested on the measurement guide and that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions. If you give us an incorrect measurement we will alter your bridle but there will be a charge.

If you order an item and return it for an exchange there will be a postage charge. Postage is non refundable. Claims that items returned for alteration have not been received, must be made within fourteen days of the date we received the return.  

We can make Extra/XX Full bridles but there is an additional charge for this service.

Our bridles are made with 5/8" cheekpieces as standard. If you require a different size please discuss this when you order the bridle.

Swarovski do not guarantee against loss of crystals. Swarovski regard their crystal settings as jewellery and as such they are not made for everyday activities. As a result of this there is no refund for lost crystals. Each stone is in a clasp. Swarovski is a premium product because of this feature. For a stone to come out the clasps have to be opened as might happen if the stone gets caught and pulled. For Swarovski dog collars it is possible for the stones to come out if the dogs claw gets under the stone when it scratches its neck. There is a charge for replacing a crystal and an additional charge for postage.

If you do not receive your order within 10 days please notify us. Any item will be insured against loss or damage if you request this at the checkout. An extra charge will be made for this service which will entitle you to a full refund. If you require insurance for compensation above £20 there is an extra charge. You make a selection at the checkout. Selecting Special Delivery does not always guarantee that the item will be sent out for next day delivery as the item may need to be made in our workshop.

Fair Wear and Tear

We will replace goods that are found to be faulty providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. If we feel it is necessary goods will be returned to the manufacturer for their comments.

Please allow 28 days for this inspection. Under no circumstances should items be continued to be used when damaged, as you will have been deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition.

We try to hold stocks of all styles for active products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you.
