You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return postage unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you send  with a signed for service, as you are responsible for the returned goods until they are delivered back to us.

If an item is being returned for a refund or  an exchange it must be returned within 14 days of purchase. If you haven't had a refund or exchange after 14 days contact us. We can't offer you tracking or compensation for lost items  after this time. If you are retuning a bridle for an exchange please include £5 for returns postage and return it to The Barn, Ardens Grafton, Warwickshire, B49 6DR. If you are returning a breastplate or stud guard for an  exchange postage is £6.50. Please include a note that gives all the information we need for the exchange and include your name and address. Do not return items for alteration or exchange with a note referring to a previous email. When we are away at shows tracking emails isn't always possible.

Make sure the item is unused, unmarked and has not been personalised or customised in any way. All items that have been altered, at your request, are non returnable. If a bridle is returned from the build a bridle range it can't go back into stock. If you have made a mistake with the sizes you have chosen we will exchange as long as you pay the postage. Parts of bridles are non-returnable unless they were bought separately. 

Any item sourced outside our usual stock is non-returnable. Sale items and items from the Offer Section of the website  are not eligible for a refund or an exchange, unless they are faulty.  We can't exchange a sale item because it doesn't fit your horse/pony. We recommend that you email your measurements to  before you place your order.       

When an exchange requires making an item to your measurements there will be a charge to cover the cost of the leather, handcutting, edging and buffing the leather, labour and the return postage to you.

If you have received an exchange for an item that has not been customised and then it is returned, a credit note will be given.

Refund, repair or replacement

If you consider an item to be faulty do not continue using it.

You can get your product repaired or replaced up to six months from your purchase. You can get a repair after six months but in the case of a refund we will deduct money for the use you've had from the product. If a repair is necessary because of wear and tear we will charge for the repair.
