Delivery information

We use DPD courier next day service for the majority of orders.  The courier collects between 9 and 10 am and any orders received after that time will be sent out the next day.    DPD take an image showing the parcel has been delivered.  Items will be sent at your risk if you do not pay postage and a cheaper service may be used.  

Small items such as keepers  are posted first class signed for at the Post Office.  Extra postage will be charged on items to be sent out of the UK. 

Please note that for some areas of Scotland and the Highlands we use the Post Office and items are sent first class signed for. 

Delivery times for orders are from the time your order is dispatched from us, not from the time the order was placed. There is no guarantee that your order will be processed the day it is received.  We do not offer Special Delivery or guarantee a delivery date.  Please note that although we use best UK couriers, deliveries cannot be 100% guaranteed due to weather disruption and occasional problems with drivers on a local depot level.  If the item has to be made to order, or is stored at our other premises it will be dispatched as soon as possible.   

If the parcel is damaged  email info@englishbridles.co.uk  immediately and send images. If it has been delivered to a safe place  take an image showing how it was left by the driver. Do not remove items or open the parcel. We will arrange a collection.   If a parcel is handed to you it will be deemed to be undamaged. 

Please note we do not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday or over a weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.
